Snacking

Two meal solutions are available: lunchtime and evening snacks made with home- and hand-made products are available at the bar, on the terrace or in your room. Every evening and for Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes, a la carte and set menus are served in our panoramic dining room. Our cuisine varies with the seasons and is closely tied to the local area, combining natural flavours (oysters, prawns, etc.) with fresh, simple and inventive gastronomy. We also host family meals with customised menus and arrangements.

The wine list – short and frequently changed - gives precedence to terroir wines produced by small wine-growers, served by the bottle, by the glass or by the carafe.  In order to protect the Earth and your health, our wines are selected according to the following criteria: grapes grown organically, biodynamically or in accordance with sustainable agriculture; natural wine-making methods which are typical of the terroir, the vintage and the work of committed wine-growers.

The same applies to our farm produce (hand-cured meats, vegetables, cider and apple juice, cheeses and dairy products) and sea-food (oysters, shellfish, small boat fish, etc.), most of which is local.
