In October 1901 the family moved into the house called "Kerdolmen", later to become the Hôtel du Tumulus. In the 1920s, Julienne, Zacharie Le Rouzic's eldest daughter, had a new building constructed and opened the "Hôtel du Tumulus Saint-Michel". In the late 1930s, Joséphine, the youngest daughter, took over running the hotel from her elder sister and had a large panoramic dining room built, inaugurated in 1939.
